Looking for some help. DD450 Analog. After about 10 runs, when flipping the load switch (to start a ramp run), it puts so much load it kills the engine (near wot @ 2k). During the run, graphing is very wavy. As you do consecutive runs, the rpm plots lower and lower. For example, rev engine to 6500, graph plots stops @ 5200. Getting started checking the rpm sensor, and plugs in the center box. Had this dyno for ~ 8 years, and never this issue. Thanks, everyone.

The tech support from DD is pretty good. I would call them. From the description of it you may be buying some replacement parts anyway.

I agree, I've had good support from DD. I've been in contact with Steve, and he's offered a few suggestions I'm trying to find the time to investigate. My dyno has been pretty rock-solid.
