Is it possible or if it is how long does it last there are lot of people that claim it will not last a month on a daily driven turbocharged car and there are people who claim they used aluminium exhaust systems for 4 years without any issues so which is correct ?

The answer is: it depends on the heat output of your engine, the amount of vibration there is, the amount of cooling airflow available to keep the pipe cold and how long you need it to last.

Someone I know tried it on a twin turbo big block making somewhere way north of 1000hp on pump gas, he blew a hole in the exhaust the first time we took it out for a proper punishment. Having the first metre from the turbo in stainless before it switches to alu seems to have cured that. Not only is the exhaust slightly colder that far back but by then it's out of the engine bay and located in the much cleaner air flow underneath the car, cooling the pipe more.

As Baldur says, there is no simple answer.

Too many variables, but yes some people do successfully use aluminium for their exhausts if built and designed correctly.

can stainless steel be welded with aluminium ? i heard something about metal-to-metal corrosion most people that did run it said they had stainless steel downpipe aswell also if the piping is thicker is it better or it just keeps more heat trapped ?

you cannot weld aluminium and stainless. Not ever.

You have to make a slip coupler to connect them, make a piece of stainless pipe that fits inside the alu pipe and has a lip to limit how far it can slide. Then you put an exhaust clamp on the alu pipe to hold it in place.
A v-band flange can also work.
