At Turn5, Inc, an e-commerce leader in aftermarket automotive parts, we love our customers. In fact, we're a bit obsessed with them. We are actively seeking bright, articulate, and detail-oriented individuals with the desire to contribute world class customer service to join the Bama Performance Division of our Customer Service Department.

Our Bama Tuning Specialists play a critical part in our mission to provide the most reliable and proven engine and transmission calibrations while delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all Bama Performance customers.

In a fun and fast-paced work environment, this position involves the creation of automotive engine and transmission calibrations and also includes heavy phone, instant-messaging, and e-mail communication with customers to resolve computer hardware and software issues. We use a wide variety of vehicle tuning software and tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.

Tuning experience is not required but is an added bonus.

Job Requirements:

Customer Focus
Ability to research a problem and come up with a solution
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Uphold company values and respect every customer
Exude patience and ownership with each customer
Maintain helpdesk ticketing system (Zendesk) of information for customer interaction and follow-up
Logs calls and support requests into helpdesk
Remote troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers
Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
The desire to know how and why your car does what it does
Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both external customers and coworkers
Ability to document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
Comprehension skills-- ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to the issues that customers present
Composition skills-- ability to consistently compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurately written response to customer issues

Problem Solving Skills:

Ability to approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
Ability to make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
Desire to continually learn and grow with the company
Solution-orientated and self-motivated
Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
Computer Skills:

Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs and window navigation and instant messenger tools
Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment such as MS Excel, Windows XP, Windows 7, Window 8, installing and troubleshooting device drivers
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Other Skills (a bonus but not required):

Understanding of automotive engines/calibrations
Basic automotive mechanical knowledge

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred)
Bilingual is a plus but not required
