Position Summary:

Turn5, located just outside of Philly, is looking to hire a senior calibrator/supervisor.

With over 300,000 sq ft of office and warehouse space and a staff of over 275+ and growing, Turn5 strives to offer the best buying experience to customers and continues to be the premier shopping destination for auto enthusiasts.

This position is accountable for validation of all Bama Performance tuning files and tune database. This person would maintain the BAMA Performance tune file library, test and refining to maintain calibrations.

Essential Duties:

- Actively manage BAMA?s tune library
- Participates in daily work load when necessary to keep performance metrics in line with department goals and expectations
- Take incoming calls as needed and provide prompt, efficient service to all customer inquiries.
- Compile and write performance evaluation and disciplinary actions for customer service representatives
- Perform companion calls to develop and train customer service representatives.
- Evaluates and approves tunes developed or revised by BAMA Senior Technicians
- Serve as knowledge base in solving all customer based tune revisions, approving all changes before being released to the customer
- Serve as subject matter expert to BAMA Performance Technicians to provide knowledge and coaching to help resolve questions

Specific Job Knowledge:
o Expert-level Mustang knowledge
o Expert-level knowledge of chassis-dyno testing procedures
o Experience with Diablo CMR and Advantage
o Excellent Decision Making Skills
o Excellent organizational, problem solving, and self-motivation skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Demonstrate initiative as necessary
o Ability to meet deadlines

Successful candidates will have 1 year minimum of previous management experience along with a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This individual must be able to work one or two Saturdays per month and be flexible with a varying schedule depending on business need. 5+ years dyno/tuning experience is required.
