Hello,
I am considering for my next project a m150 ecu. In product data sheet states that it only has peak and hold injector drives... and in m150 gtr package it states it can drive the id1000cc injectors. Id injectors are high impetdance/saturated. So which is true? Is it firmware dependent? I am confused. Any of the m1 series ecus users have a idea?
(Car is evo 8 time atack project/ not intrested in m800 series)

I believe you are misreading the data sheet. If it can handle low impedence injectors (peak & hold), it will surely be able to handle high-impedence injectors as they are a subset of that requirement.

I think your covered as the data sheets lists this too:

 Programmable injector drive characteristics
