When using this feature with a proper trigger from a VR sensor, what should you see? A "scope" pattern, flat line, something else? Mine mostly shows a flat line though the engine runs and I'm seeing wheel trigger counts. Don't exactly know what to make of it.Does it just display the missing tooth segment? Thanks Joe

Hi Joe, your observation "flat line" is a good indication of consistent crankshaft acceleration.

A "bump" would state a cylinder has a slowing of the crankshaft speed caused by miss-fire, knock, or other problem.

Thus, Flat Line is GOOD.

Lance, Thanks, I do get some "bumps, however I do run an Oddfire engine, so maybe it's just seeing the odd pulses? Hopefully going to get to try out the EFI soon been racing pretty regular lately but a break in the schedule is coming. Still trying to make up my mind on the injectors, (if I should just get larger ones) saw your message about turning the fuel pressure up I'll have to do the math on that and see. I'm only running 48 psi now so going to 60 should make quite a difference. Joe
