Hi all
Just need some possible computer help if possible.
2 weeks ago I ordered and paid online for a tuning course which I received confirmation and an address to download the course from so I could save it to my computer.
When I click the address, a web page starts to open but then windows media player automatically opens and starts to play the video.
When this happens the webpage closes.
The video downloads too slow to watch, it basically starts, stops, restarts etc every second
Now I have looked for an option in the windows media player to save the video and can not find one, I have let it play the video right through and it took over 2 hours hoping it would give me an option at the end, but still no option.
I have contacted the appropriate people, intially got a reply and to try again and if not they would look at it when at work (last monday) I have since sent 2 more emails only to have no answer, but possibly they are busy running other courses

Now the problem may be my computer settings, but I have spent quite a bit of time trying to work it out and are getting no where.

any help appreciated.
Thanks

There are combinations of browsers and windows that work better than others.

If you have windows 7, FireFox and Google chrome work the best.
If you have windows XP or Vista, use Explorer
If you download a new browser, make sure you make it your primary browser before trying to view the video.

The best way to download is right click on the link then click on "save Target as..." and save the video to your computer.

Please e-mail or call if you continue to have problems.

Thanks for the help, I downloaded firefox and had no problems with the download to my hard drive.
I had sent several emails, but it appears to be sorted now so thank you, now just have to find time to study it.

Thanks
