What is it, how is it done ? does it cut fuel or spark ? how is it achieved ? anyone has any info ?

The cyclic idle is done by cutting fuel. Anti lag is done by retarding spark and introducing extra air+fuel into the exhaust either by keeping the primary or a secondary throttle air valve partially open during the overrun or by the means of a blow-off valve that diverts pressurised charge air directly into the exhaust manifold during the overrun.
