Was reinstalling system this weekend and inspecting once again my wiring and connections. While tension testing the terminals in my Crank sensor connector, all the sudden I saw Crank trigger numbers incrementing, obviously I had my laptop hooked up on monitor screen. While touching the VR sensor + I'm seeing RPM and Crank triggers... not sure why this is but it will show counts as long as I hold my finger on the terminal. Is this normal? It's obviously seeing some sort of signal from me. Any one ever seen this? Joe

Probably picking up 60hz AC buzz.
I would think that the VR sensor would load any antenna effect though.

Had the sensor disconnected, have a 3 pin connector in line. Just seemed odd that it would pick up from finger touching terminal. After having other issues (most self inflicted) sorta set off the warning lamp.Joe

There you are, no VR sensor to load the line, you become a good antenna for signals to the ECU, 60hz the most prevalent signal.
