Its a 396 bbc that been punched out to 402. Running close to 10:1 with a roller cam 230 236 dig with .600 lift with a 114 lop. its going to make 450-465 at the flywheel.

32's will be fine.

Need build specs to tell whether or not those injectors will be ok.

With the Gen 6 you'll need to tune it with a separate wideband. It only excepts a narrow band signal.

80s on E85 would be able to support the same power 42s would on gas.

Huh? Sorry but E85 will typically use about 30% more fuel not twice as much. And you're really pushing it with 60# injectors at 3 ...
