I think putting absolute in there makes the term innaccurate you could certainly tune in gauge pressure if you wanted in fact its pretty common to do that

yes you can, they make their own GPS unit check out their new catalog... i have never used one but im sure the instructions are pretty strait forward

so the current crank sensor trigger pattern is still as shown in the above ref/sync capture.... if thats the case I don't see what your problem could be

your cam sensor should be set to fall and the trigger voltage could be as high as 5.5 or so although i do not believe either of these to be a cure for your problem i just started looking over the file ...
