Cancellation Policy

  • Should you be unable to attend after your payment is received, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge. Full refund {minus a 10% processing fee} will be sent for cancellations made 10 business days prior to the start of the class.
  • Notification must be made 10 business days before the class begins. No exceptions.
  • For registration cancellations made less than 10 business days before the class, you will only be refunded 50% of the price of the class to cover materials and administrative expenses. You may apply full credit toward a class of equal or greater value within 6 months of the originally scheduled class. If you do not attend the rescheduled class, no refund will be given.
  • If you do not call to cancel and you are unable to attend or “No-Show” the event, you will forfeit 50% of your registration payment, and no refunds will be given for the remaining 50%. You may choose to reschedule to attend another event within six months and apply the remaining 50%, however,if you do not attend another class within the six month period, your registration will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy for ACP (Accelerated Certification Program)

  • Should you be unable to attend after your payment is received for the ACP (Accelerated Certification Program), a full refunded {minus a 10% processing fee} will be issued if cancellation of the class is (1) month prior to the start of the class.
  • For registration cancellations made less than one (1) month before the class, the deposit will not be refunded. You can, however, apply the deposit to another ACP class within six (6) months. If class was paid in full, you can apply the full registration to another ACP class within six (6) months, or get a refund minus the $1000 deposit.
  • If you do not call to cancel and you are unable to attend or “No-Show” the event, you will forfeit 50% of your full registration, and no refunds will be given for the remaining 50%. You may choose to reschedule to attend another event within six months and apply the remaining 50%, however,if you do not attend another class within the six month period, your registration will be forfeited.

Privacy Statement: All credit card information is collected by Authorize.net, in an off site location. We do not store credit card information at EFI University. This information will be used solely for the purpose of paying for the class(es) you wish to register for. You will be asked for billing information when you register to verify you are the owner of the card and for us to be able to contact you with information regarding your registration. Your information will not be shared, sold or rented to any third party.
