Can anyone tell me the Math Formula to work out clutch slip in a percentage? (Like the formula used in the Motec I2 software)

Take the engine rev's
Take the vehicle speed and gearing for the actual gear and recalculate theoretical engine speed based on vehicle speed.

devide these two engine rev's and calculate the percentage error. That's aprox. your clutch slip.

Accuracy depents on the engine rev resolution and the vehicle speed resolution. So maybe it's a good idea to apply a filter over the error.
