Hi All,
these are simply the facts so anyone can judge by him self.
On October the 4th I asked by mail to Top End Performance (http://www.racetep.com) if the item was available.
SAME DAY they replied:
2011/10/4 topend <topend>
"Yes..These are available. We can ship tomorrow.."
So the SAME DAY I paid for it.
October the 8th I asked if there was any track number,
and the 10th they replied: "2011/10/10 topend <topend>
Has not shipped yet…Will be leaving tomrorow….Tracking will be emailed automatically… Steve"
Followed more mails from me, and the 24th I received:
"CV xxx xxx xxx US you can track this at www.usps.com
Ruben Frias
Top-End Performance
1-818-764-1901"

Item arrived too late for the November the 1st track meeting, as it arrived the 10th, so my friend sold it as no more need of it. _________________ TM enduro 250 2s.[55](2s is better than 4s)

I bought a couple of turbochargers from him a few years ago. I had no problems at all, very good service back then.
I appreciate your problem, but considering a lot of vendors wont even sell abroad, it's better late than never....in most cases. _________________ LS1, V7 YSi

Sorry stevie, but I hardly disagree!
They just got my money with falsity and dishonesty, while they just had to say "Hey, if you pay now I will ship you in 20 days"... and what they obtained?
They obtained that:
1. customer had BIG problem
2. customer is highly unsatisfied
3. yes, seller got customer's money immediately, BUT customer is going to tell everyone this story, so that the seller will get a bigger loss in his business.

Again, I can appreciate your anger etc. Ive been in the same situation many times, and in some cases lost plenty of money buying abroad.
Sadly that's just how it works. Most Ive lost at one place was over US$1000, never to be seen again.
And because of my patience, it was too late for the credit card people to do anything
