This car is setup with a E38 engine controller and a T42 trans controller. The E38 is running on a base 08 Escalade OS, while the T42 is flashed with a 4L60E OS...

I have every single bit of torque management that I can access turned off. Verified with both HPtuners and EFI Live.

Yet for some reason, as soon as I go WOT, it hits what appears to be some sort of hard torque limit that cannot be turned off or disabled.

I can post a log file from HPT or EFIlive, whichever you may need to look at. Also have the same tune file in both formats for review if needed.

HPT says its probably a TQ limiter that they havent seen yet, and said they would add it to their year long to do list.

Is there a better controller/OS combination to control this engine/trans combination?
