The European Car article about the V10 M3 we did with Piper Motorsports is online:
http://www.europeancarweb.com/features/epcp_1004_1989_bmw_m3/index.html
The article actually features a fair amount about what we did with it, you may find it an interesting read. They give me props, but credit for the design and build of the harnessing goes to our lead wiring tech, Rhys. He did an amazing job.
Here's a little teaser video:

| I saw this car at Piper 2 years ago when it was some E92 subframes, a cut up E30 M3 shell and a pile of tubing! It's amazing how the car came out, great job to all parties involved. It's a top notch car! |

The Dinan Stroker motor is rated at 628HP. I don't remember the exact numbers from the last time I tuned it, but I think we were seeing mid to high 4's at the rear wheel on a Dyno Dynamics. We've seen more from other installations we've done, but the custom airboxes to keep the stock hood height are a bit less than ideal. They are being reworked right now with different trumpets. Still, what they lose at the top is more than made up for by a stout midrange.
The numbers are one thing, but the focus with this car was usability. My wife, who's a good driver but doesn't have any track or sportscar experience per say, has hopped in it to grab lunch. To her, its no harder to drive than her A4 wagon.

That's what they told us. We're running Dinan throttle bodies, custom manifolds and a custom exhaust. _________________ Neel Vasavada
