I just picked up an AEM 4ch thermocouple amplifier and 4 EGT sensors to install with my 30-1900u and AEM TwinFire CDI on my Fully Built 97 Audi A4 quattro (bored/stroked, fully forged, 3.202sec 0-60 Wink

I am eager to use individual cylinder trims -both fuel and ignition once I install the sensors/amp in each primary (about 1" from the head flange is the plan) to balance the cylinders out and hopefull both increase power while improving the general running of the motor.

I also have been totally unable to find ANYTHING on rally style antilag.
I would LOVE to dial this in as well, but don't really know where to start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You're right, AEM isn't giving any information on rally style antilag, but that is the lesser problem. Implementation of rally style antilag in AEM is lacking so much that it can't be really used. At least with Evo8 ECU 1.19 firmware. For example, there're no safety features, i.e. disabling ALS after a timeout or based on EGT. Retard and cut tables are 2D, i.e. retard/cut amounts cannot be adjusted.

To get a general understanding of ALS, check this document. That's a GEMS ECU manual and it contains a good description of how ALS is working and how each parameter is used. See page 56.
