Very Happy Hi
I'm new user MoTec M600,clip the battery then connect to "MoTeC ECU Manager"...
OK!my question is:
Question 1.On the table not display battery voltage 12V,display "0V" ,View Screen-sensors Bat V(V)0.0 TP(%)0.0 MAP(kpa)0.0 ET(C)0.0 AT(C)0.0 5V 8V Aux Eng 0.0...but Diagnostic Errors show "OK". Raw Input Values AV1 1.053 AV2 3.945 AT1 2.97 AT2 3.354 ... .
Question 2.I use "Test Outputs" the ECU Manager tell me "Cannot Run Test While Engine is running. The test will proceed when the engine is switched off. Only select select Cancel if you wish to abort the test. " My engine not running but I cann't use test outputs.
Who can tell me Crying or Very sad what can i do,then i can smoothly finish test outputs and the table can display battery 12V.
thank you...

you have to have the ECU closed to perform test outputs.

top left, file, close & save......now perform test outputs.

What Table?

Hi,

Im not really sure what whats going on in your 1st question, maybe you can post a sreenshot?

2nd, question....it seems like you have noise on you Ref, input. Sometimes when you trigger a coil the test outputs screen will let you know that it cant test outputs with the engine running because it sees activity on the REF input. Maybe increase the filter value on you Ref input and also (if mag sensor) increase the MAG levels at 0 RPM

Did you screen the REF wires...ONLY at one side of the loom to prevent a earth loop?

Ref sensor wires running close to HT leads? If the must try and cross them at 90deg angles....dont run them side by side.

Also, if you are doing a IGN test in test outputs...try and do it with a sparkplug. If you have the coil try and jump a huge gap you dont really know where else spark is thrown away and it also cause unwanted noise that your ECU picks up on the REF signal.

Smile thanks your answer,i will try again.
...the table is in to the MoTec ECU Manager than open the ECU ...in to main table.
On the top have 3 diagram : La Diff ET(C) BatV(V) .
This 3 diagram show the "0.0",but also left 3 diagram : RPM MAP(kpa) Air Temp(C) show the "0.0". Usually the MAP show the "101kpa",Air Temp show the "now air temp ...C".
So... Crying or Very sad what can i do ...the diagram can display battery 12V.

not real sure on this.........if I am understanding this it sound like you aren't connecting with the ECU, but only opening a map in an offline mode.
do you have the CAN adapter for communitcation?
