Easy.

Skip coils 2 and 4 and and injectors 2,4,6 and 8, which would be on the 90 degree based phases (use 1,3,5 and 7). The phases you want are 0,180,360 and 540 degrees.

I just used the first 2 coils and the first two injector drivers. Was running semi-sequential and waste spark. Pull the 3rd and 4th coils off the base.

The TEC-II 8 cyl. coils fire A-C-B-D. (0, 90, 180, 270)

This is caused by the TWO Hi REC chips needed.

The FOUR injector drivers fire 1-2-3-4. (0, 90, 180, 270)

BOTH ABOVE INCORRECT

THUS : A & B Coils, 1 & 3 Injector Drivers

Lance

I would suggest 0,90,180,270.

THUS : A & B Coils, 1 & 3 Injector Drivers are the correct intervals for a four cylinder engine. Yes, it will work.
