In the new XFI software there is a new table called injector opening time vs battery voltage. I am working on a folder for the new software that will have a listing for most of the common injector sizes and their calibrations. That way you can just choose your injector and paste the values into the table. I have about 40 of them now. So I need to know what brand of injector, size of injector and the ohm reading across the two pins if possible. Part number would be good too.
Thanks. _________________ Brian Macy

Great idea! I am running Ford Motorsport 36 lb redtops. I will get a coil reading when I get home tonight.

Hi Brian
The E-85 fueled car uses Seimens 83 Lb/Hr Low Z fuel injectors
Coil Resistance: 2.35 Ohms / Low Impedance
The gasoline fueled car uses Lucus 42.5 LB high Z fuel injectors (aka 009)
Coil Resistance: 15.9 Ohms / High Impedance
Thanks, great new feature |
